What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a gentle form of healing which uses the feet to stimulate natural healing and promote good health. It has been known to man for many thousands of years. It is thought to have originated in China where it was used in conjunction with acupuncture around 5,000 years ago and is known to have been used in Ancient Egypt.
How can Reflexology Help you?
Every body has the ability to heal itself. Following illness, stress, injury or disease the body is in a state of 'imbalance'; reflexology may be able to restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium. A range of conditions might be alleviated.
What does a treatment involve?
A therapy session would last for about an hour in which the therapist applies gentle pressure to the feet. A course of several treatments is recommended.
How much does a treatment cost?
Treatment costs from £25 per hour according to requirements.
